Who I am
Fix My Agent is an independent service run by Moazzam Qureshi that makes production AI agents reliable. I am the sole controller of any information you submit here. For any question about this policy or your data, reach me at hello@fixmyagent.agency.
What I collect
Only the information you enter into a form on this site: your name, work email, company, the framework or stack you use, and a description of how your agent is failing. I do not collect anything beyond what you submit, and I do not purchase or enrich your data from third parties.
How I use it
I use your information to respond to your enquiry, send you the evaluation playbook you requested, and discuss making your agent reliable. I do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Who it is shared with
Your information is handled by me and by the service providers that operate this site on my behalf: an email provider to deliver messages, and a database to store your submission. These providers process data only on my instruction. I never sell your information or share it for any purpose other than running this service.
How long I keep it
I retain form submissions for as long as needed to follow up and to keep a record of our correspondence. When the information is no longer needed, or when you ask me to remove it, I delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it at any time. Email hello@fixmyagent.agency and I will action your request promptly.
Client engagements
Anything you share during a paid engagement is governed by the non-disclosure agreement I sign before work begins, not by this policy. This page covers only the information you submit through the website.
